These terms apply whenever you browse or place an order on Dryfruit By Kilo ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. About Dryfruit By Kilo
Dryfruit By Kilo sells dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and gifting hampers, priced per kilogram and sold at a fixed MRP rather than a fluctuating daily rate.
2. Products, Pricing & Availability
- Prices shown are per kilogram, in Indian Rupees, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to update prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time your order is confirmed is what you pay.
- Product photos are representative. Natural variation in kernel size, colour, and shape between batches is normal for dry fruits and nuts and is not a defect.
- Stock is shown to the best of our knowledge but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with a substitute or a refund for that item.
3. Placing an Order
An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages — in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details at any point.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability
We work to describe and grade our products accurately, but to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Intellectual Property
The Dryfruit By Kilo name, logo, and the content on this site (text, images, and design) belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
